Don't be fooled I'm sure people could read and bike on a non stationary bike but this isn't the case. I've found a book that I enjoy reading and I also enjoy getting on a stationary bike at the gym. Why not combine mind exercising and body exercising? I enjoyed every minute of it today. I actually got a little more sweaty then I usually do? That's fine by me though! Try it and Knock down two birds with one stone. My post will be more consistent; life has been a little busy at the moment.

Watch and listen to what he has to say. I watch some of the same videos by him every morning to get ready and hyped for my day. What gets you motivated? What gets you hyped.

I was talking to a friend of mine and we were talking about the best time to workout. I usually workout in the afternoon around like 3-6 and then I go home take a protein shake and eat a nice meal. He wakes up at about 530 or so and goes to the gym. I asked him why and he said well working out in the morning wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. Then because he works out in the morning he gets it over with first and then he feeds his body all the protein and nutrients it needs to refuel the body.

So the other day I had met up with my friends and went to the local YMCA. When we got there we had decided to play some basketball and that would be our workout for the day. So we play back to back games of 4vs4 and I was sweating like crazy! We just kept playing and playing, 3hours go by and I'm exhausted. I went home and went to bed, I slept like a baby. When I woke up the next morning I was sore from the bottom of my legs to the top of my shoulders. Play basketball. Shed some weight. Great workout.
P.S. now that high school football is over we are going to be more consistent with the blog and start to do videos on request.

Hey if you have a family and you want to some bonding, I suggest you go on a hike! Today I went on hike with my girlfriend and her family on this trail in San Luis Obispo, CA. It's a great hike and a challenge. If you do any hike alone make sure you have food and water also make sure you go when its a little crowded just so don't get lost. Challenge yourself when you hike alone and run it to the finish and time yourself. Then the next you do it try and beat your time! Good luck.

You know I was thinking earlier about how people talk about "oh its not fat its just water weight" and how for some people its really water. I myself have found that out because just the other day I was doing a barbel complex and I decided to challenge myself and do the whole set with out resting. Let me tell you that when I was done at the gym it felt like I had jumped in the pool with all my clothes on and got into my car. Challenge yourself and push yourself harder every second you're at the gym! The barbel complex I did was pretty simple and please do a weight that you can handle appropriately. It's 10 dead lifts, cleans, hang cleans, Shoulder press, squats and front squats. 4x10 with 135 is the sets and weight I did. Don't forget to stretch! Kudos and stretch.
