So the other day I had met up with my friends and went to the local YMCA. When we got there we had decided to play some basketball and that would be our workout for the day. So we play back to back games of 4vs4 and I was sweating like crazy! We just kept playing and playing, 3hours go by and I'm exhausted. I went home and went to bed, I slept like a baby. When I woke up the next morning I was sore from the bottom of my legs to the top of my shoulders. Play basketball. Shed some weight. Great workout.

Hiking
Hey if you have a family and you want to some bonding, I suggest you go on a hike! Today I went on hike with my girlfriend and her family on this trail in San Luis Obispo, CA. It's a great hike and a challenge. If you do any hike alone make sure you have food and water also make sure you go when its a little crowded just so don't get lost. Challenge yourself when you hike alone and run it to the finish and time yourself. Then the next you do it try and beat your time! Good luck.

How to really sweat
You know I was thinking earlier about how people talk about "oh its not fat its just water weight" and how for some people its really water. I myself have found that out because just the other day I was doing a barbel complex and I decided to challenge myself and do the whole set with out resting. Let me tell you that when I was done at the gym it felt like I had jumped in the pool with all my clothes on and got into my car. Challenge yourself and push yourself harder every second you're at the gym! The barbel complex I did was pretty simple and please do a weight that you can handle appropriately. It's 10 dead lifts, cleans, hang cleans, Shoulder press, squats and front squats. 4x10 with 135 is the sets and weight I did. Don't forget to stretch! Kudos and stretch.

Consistency
In order to have success in cutting weight, dieting, getting big or just trying to stay in shape means you have to be consistant. Once you start steering off the path of being healthy its hard to get back on, yeah you get tired but the results you want aren't going to be given to. Results are EARNED. I myself have just gotten back on the path, yesterday was the first time I've worked out since I don't know when. I'm actually looking to gain a new local friend to go to the gym with me so I have a spotter. If you're not that strong don't worry about, time is of the essence. The workout I did was simple, I ran about 2miles, shoulder shrugs, shoulder press, dead lift, lat pull downs, seated rows and few other things I forgot. It was 3-4 sets of 10-15 with 60-75% bodyweight.
